WinZip options
How to compress a file or folder WinZip comWinZip is one of the most popular compression software. With it you can be compressed in ZIP format and decompress files created in many other formats such as ZIP, ARC, ARJ, B64, BZ, BZ2, CAB, GZ, LZH, RAR, TAR, TBZ, tbz2, TGZ, TZ, UU, UUE, XXE, and Z (for some you have to add plug-ins).
Some of the characteristics of WinZip are the ability to create auto-executables, advanced encryption, execute files located within a compression and integrated with Windows Explorer.

Three ways to use WinZip to compress files or folders
Method 1
Select the files or the mouse or the WinZip s folder you want to compress and press the right mouse button.
In the context menu WinZIP we move up and select any of the first three options:
Option 1: Add a ZIP file
With the other options you can choose to split the output file into several limiting its maximum size, we can change the compression mode and encrypt these files if desired.
Option 2: Add a filename. zip
This option will directly create us the archive. ZIP in the same path where we are and with a name designated by WinZIP
Option 3: Add the recently used ZIP file.
If you select this option will show the last used ZIP (compression or decompression) for us to select one to add there automatically which we have selected.

We open the wizard that is on the top menu and follow the instructions

Let us again and appears a box where we select the name and the location where the archive will be created.
