Instructions
Turn off the computer, unplug the power cord connected to the PC and then press the power button on the front of the box to drain the motherboard of electric charge.
Loosen the screws and press the lever up or cover computer case. Remove the lid of the box.
Touch the metal part of the computer case, or put on an antistatic wrist strap, to ground.
Connect one end of a SATA data cable to the drive and then connect the other end of the cable to the DVD-RW.
Plug the floppy drive in the 4-pin plug in the drive and then insert the plug on the other end of the cable into a Molex adapter connected to the power supply.
Insert the 40-pin connector on the drive to the IDE ribbon slot motherboard.

Depending on the make and model of the converter, you may need to connect a Molex adapter directly to the converter, unlike a cable from the floppy drive.
