Siinstalaste a new multimedia program, probably without realizing asociaste all files to the new program to automatically open when you click. How to go back to Windows Media is the default file types that we want player?

When you associate a file type with a program, we are giving the order to our PC to automatically open the file type with the program you specify. It is useful to choose the right program for each file type.

To associate our preference files to Windows Media Player, we should go to Tools from the menu that appears select Options. A window with several tabs, which we select file types and within that mark the box next to each file type that is displayed in the list opens.

Then we click on Apply then OK (at the bottom of the window). Probably have to restart the computer for the new changes take effect.
