Bios motherboards

BIOS (Basic Input bios Output System) is the standard boot firmware installed on all PC motherboards. It is the first computer code running on startup that tells the system important things like the hard disk to use, the amount of RAM out there, and generally in what state is in the system. Basically, the BIOS sets the system to load the software and the operating system (Vista, XP, etc).
Entering the BIOS depends more on your computer manufacturer version of Windows you have.

Instructions

Restart the computer if it is on. If it is not running, press the power button to boot the system.

Press the F2 key at startup, if you have a Dell computer. Press F10 if you have an HP printer. For other manufacturers and, in general, look for a message on startup saying Press to enter the BIOS or configuration.

Locate the system displays the message Entering the configuration. The GUI BIOS (GUI) appears.

Use the arrow keys, tab and go to make the changes you need to boot order, power options, or evidence.

Select Save and Quit when finished to exit the BIOS and reboot the system.
