Using System Restore to restore Windows XPUsing System Restore in Windows XP
When you need to restore the system two situations, Windows XP starts or who does not may occur. Here we will discuss the first case, the second case we must operate from the command prompt.
In our case the steps to restore Windows XP are
Log on to Windows as an administrator
Click Start, point to All System Restore in Windows XP System Restore in Windows XP System Tools, and then click System Restore.
On the System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time (if not already selected) and then click Next.
On the Select a restore point. Click the checkpoint latest system from the list and click a restore point on that list. Then click Next.
If a System Restore message that lists configuration changes that will appear click OK.
In the Confirm the selection of the restore point, click Next. System Restore returns to the previous Windows XP configuration and then restart the computer.
Log on to the computer as an administrator. The complete Restoration System Restore screen appears.
Accept and the system is restored to that date.
